The Acer Institute, Legacy Health System and Acer Symposium Affiliates are pleased to announce the 2006 Acer Symposium focus:

1) Children's Hospitals and

2) Psychiatric Care Facilities

Discussions of client and user profiles, planning, programming and design process, funding, installation, maintenance, and post-occupancy evaluations of outdoor environments/therapeutic gardens for these populations will move us closer to our goal of defining the Standards of Practice for Therapeutic Gardens.
